Welcome to our March newsletter. This month we investigate the new anti-bullying laws and provide an outline of how to prepare your business for the new laws. 

With the due date for FBT tax returns looming, it's important to know if you are required to pay FBT, and what information you need to prepare your return. We also provide some tips on how to reduce the tax payable. Find out more in our article FBT - time to get ready for 2014.

Finally, we share a very personal story from one of our team members here at Goodwin Chivas & Co, who lost her Mum to cancer last year. Debbie Adams is raising awareness of women's cancers as well as money to support the Chris O'Brien Lifehouse as part of the Weekend to End Women's Cancer walk later this year.
